CANCELLATION, COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
Bespoke, Novelty and Celebration cake orders cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event date will not be charged and the 15% deposit fully refunded unless any specially ordered items have already been sourced - in which case these will be charged for.
Bespoke, Novelty and Celebration cake orders cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event will not be charged the balance, but the 15% deposit will not be refunded. Any specially sourced items will also be charged for.
Complaints are very uncommon, but are taken very seriously, and will be fully investigated.
Corrections to cakes, including inscription mistakes, can usually be carried out on the same day. You are requested to notify me of any problems within 2 hours of collection/delivery and give us the opportunity to rectify the problem.
The maximum refund we offer is the value of the cake or bunting and further compensation is not available.
